What should I do with my 7y/o son?

I don't know what else to do? My 7y/o son has been having a lot of accidents on himself everytime he comes home from daycare or if we go to dinner or even when we are out shopping he forgets to tell me that he needs to go to the bathroom. Also, he is having a hard time at school in which he might be dyslexic in which he is having a really hard time with reading, spelling and pronounciation. I have been helping him with doing his daily homework, but as soon as we start studying he cannot sit still and he looses focus right away. I get so frustrated b/c it takes us from about 4hrs to finish his homework. My son's behavior is getting to me because he talks back, yells, crys for everything and the min. I tell him that i will not reward him or  that I start taking things from him; he crys and crys.... I get so frustratrated with him that I have to spank him more than once b/c he won't stop throwing a fit.  Can he be stressed ? or is my parenting not working ? What is wrong with him. I hate to spank him, but he leaves me with no choice. I have tried putting him in time out and everything and nothing seems to work. Can you please guide me in becoming a better parent b/c it hurts me to see my child cry.
