shaking of fingers

hi im 16 yrs old. i m suffering from shaking of fingers. the shaking is mild but is irritating. when i pick up small things my fingers start to shake . i dont know whats the reason for it , masturbation , low blood sugar level , weakness in muscles .etc ? it starts to shake more when i become more conscious of it. i dont have any disease but had a mild fever a couple of weeks before. please help me somebody , i want to get rid of it as it is very difficult for me as i m a student.. pleae help me.
