My daughter has not started her cycle in about 4 to 5 months should I have her checked  Need your help

Start with her pediatrician-they may need to first get history and physical, then test number one (fear of moms and docs) a pregnancy test,then thyroid, cbc, electrolytes, LH, FSH, estradiol, consider other factors like maybe polycystic ovarian syndrome, maybe they need to stimulate her with 10 days of progesterone and see if she finally has a cycle, this is progesterone and sometimes when girls have crazy cycles in their first years it provides just enough of the hormone that is needed to add to estrogen to complete a cycle.
So start with your doc and see if they want to do labs, then wait it out. Keep a diary which also helps so you  are  sure about dates.
