nerve pain due to cold and tight clothes or some tight accessories

hello, doctor i have a nerve pain due to cold in the regions of legs and hands and some times on my waist line
and .........i also have nerve pain due to wearing some tight clothes or some accessories like bangles,watches bracelets .etc the pain is like some one has hold my hand or leg so that the blood cant pass ...even if i wear loose band in my hand or leg ..i cant even wear tight sleeves or tight leggings it pains ...........plz plz help me tell me what exactly happens to me and the treatment which i should take .
