Thanks a lot everyone for the advises...here it is another month pass and no luck yet. Are you ladies worried or scare about the risk , at our age there are risk of having side affect or Down syndrome baby cuz of old eggs (from what info I have read by doing research)?

I am 42 and pregnant,  even tho I have had one ovary removed. I didn't even think I could get pregnant, so when I met my fiancee, we didn't use any protection.  I was also told that elevating my butt or hips right after sex would increase the chances of getting pregnant.  (we didn't want to go to extensive lengths to try and get pregnant,  but did want to give it a shot as best we could on our own) so I did that a few times and here we are at twelve weeks now.  The herbal things and starting to take prenatal vitamins while trying to conceive are great ideas as well.  Good luck and lots of baby dust to you!

I am 43. I admit that until 2 years ago, I knew little about my cycle, what days I could conceive etc. Once we knew we started trying to make sure we had sex ever other day for 10 days during the right time of month....but we are not that active....very busy careers. We are now 16 weeks. We had agreed that if happenned without medical intervention, we would keep. Talked to Dr. and got educated about my body and sex and viola! I am blessed. You can also use a basal thermometer too!. Educate and use thermometer or home ovulation tests for 3 months. If you don't get prego, go back to Dr. and research drug assistance for ovulation. If after 6 months, at your age, see a specialist.

Hi , I've been taking herbal supplement to help me conceive. Been on it for 2 months and now I'm 1week late for my period ,took pregnancy test and came out negative. My breast is swollen and tender and I've been having to pee more than usual . What should I do? Was going to wait another week to retest again ....any suggestion?
