Giving up

my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for sometime now and earlier this month I had a cycle that started 02/24 and ended on 03/02 and five days later I started cramping and spotting only when I wiped and that went on for 7 days well I took a test on the 3 day of the spotting and I had a faint line positive... Well I took a test a week later and it said not pregnant idk what to think or is it to early still???

Similar things happened to me this month I got positive OPK on a day before AF was due & on the day  of af .. Got very faint line after a while in doller store hpt.. For 3-4 days... Now HPT is negative no more cramps, left breast was extremely sored al is gone... But I still don't have af ( it's 8 days past af was due) I m so surprised ! I was not seeing things my DH did also see the positive in HPT !!  Still hoping to see positive!! I have been trying to get pregnant since 1-2 years now .. Baby dust to everyone!
