Implantation bleeding or early period ? Please help !
I'm 30 and TTC really confused/worried my cycle is 33-35 days long last period started 06/25.
Today on day #19 of my cycle I had a brown discharge in the morning and now I've been spotting pinkysh blood just when I wipe.
I've been having cramps since yesterday and super mild breast tenderness
Is the implantation bleeding ?
Is it my period ?
Really confused please help

Same thing happening to me my period was suppost to come on July 16 but same brown spotting on the 12 and then pinkish on 13 and the 14 the flow got heavier so basically it came 4 days early but I'm confused as to what if it's a miscarriage because the cramping and back pain are severe and I had intercourse on my ovulation day June 29
Also according to this app my fertil windw started since Monday
