Nervous 15 days late

super nervous I have an appointment scheduled with my provider at the end of the week along with a blood test. My last period start date was Nov.22 2014 and according to the nurse I'm a month late I thought I was only two weeks late but I'm guessing they count from the first day of your last period?
To start off I'm not technically regular but I know when my period is coming and with the way my body starts to feel I've never been more than 4 days late.
My husband and I have been trying for a year now to conceive and we gave up I guess that saying when you stop trying then it will come at the most inconvenient time. I have the apps that tell me when my most fertile day of ovulation is and we had intercourse of course on the last fertile day. (Dec 6)
A week or two later I had a huge cramp that made me loose my breath and had to curl up Im not sure if that's when the implantation took place (figuratively speaking) there was no spotting of any kind.
Ever since then I've been having off craving salty and sweet things I'd never eat even my husband vouched for that. Bottom section is firm, I've gained 4-7 pounds within three weeks I've been stuck at a certain number for a very long time so this gain takes me back. Nipples are sore and tingle from time to time aerolas are dark and one seems to have grown larger. Breasts feel heavy or full, yesterday I had a pain shocks in one breast but they aren't overly sore. Frequent urination, slight cramping but nothing compared to a period cramp it comes and goes.  I also have slight discharge almost clear, milky, sometimes stretchy nothing compared to ovulation discharge. I have the ovia app that I end my data regularly and it said it may be a sign of conception.

I'm tired more than ever and have no urge to do anything in always feeling drained with no ambition.
Hopefully I will get good news when I go to doctors fingers crossed for the record in took two home pregnancy tests and both came back negative last week.

Any inputs? Sorry for the novel, I wrote previously last week but I'd figure I'd include the full on details for a better understanding.
Tyia!

I'm having very high hopes seeing as we've been trying for a year. Just concerns me that hcg levels are low that it won't show on a home test if I am pregnant

I had very painful pain shocks in my breasts as well. Don't worry. I am hoping you are pregnant. That much of a weight gain seems extremely unlikely from pregnancy being that the baby would be about the size of an Olive.
