Nexaplanon Implant (Birth Control)

Hi everyone. I have a 7 years old son. I have been trying to conceive for almost 2 years now. I got pregnant with my son on the first try, but I was 18 and never had birth control. I am 26 now. I was on nexaplanon in July 2014 and got it removed in September 2014 so I did not have it long. I went to OB doctor to do tests -- they said I am ovulating fine. Eggs are perfect. Blood work lab is fine. They did this two different times. My period is regular. I don't think there's anything wrong with my boyfriend since he has 2 kids of his own. His blood work is fine, too. Maybe it's the timing. I am not sure. Anyone else have had this similar experience??
