If you have a a regular cycle you could just take that number and subtract it with 14 and that would be your ovulation day cycle. Let's say 36-14=24 . But if you have a 21 cycle day then you would most likely ovulate a day just after stopping your cycle
Thank you for your help and advice on the ovulation suggestions but the most expensive test didn't show anything
It will usually be around 2 weeks later but everybody is different. I usually get twinges around my ovary on one side, check cervical mucous and also double check with the Ovulation tests.. Good luck!
