Possible pregnancy

Hi
Was wondering if people could help me I've been trying for a baby since having my implant removed early this year , I was meant to have it removed on 22nd January 2016 but wasn't removed until the 11th February since then I have been on no protection and ttc since then , I had a period a few days after having it removed , my last period was from the 10/3 until the 16/3 and I have been fine since then still ttc but nothing as of yet , I was due on on the 7th and am now 4 days late, on Thursday last week (7th) I was stood having a cigarette and went dizzy so I decided to go and sit down as i have been suffering for low blood pressure but seen my gp the day before and she stated was all stable and normal , upon sitting down suddenly I began feeling nausea so ran up upstairs and threw up , since then my breast have been very tender but only over the last 3 days have swollen considerable and left breast more veiny then right , the ring around nipple has also become larger from swelling, , I am bloated throughout most the day , when wiping I have noticed that my discharge is either a creamy colour or white but very watery and drys very quickly , I have done 2 tests although I don't believe I urinated on them for long enough , one was done on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th both come back negative, am I imagining things or could i be early expecting?
Advice on what to do next or further confirmation on symptoms ect

I have had no massive symptoms of coming on but have experienced futters in lower abdominal and lower and higher back pain but not as bad as I would prior to menstrual cycle
