Vitex?
Has anyone used vitex to help regulate their period? At the moment my period comes every 3 months or so. I am a bit overweight but doctors said it has to do with my hypothyroidism. I've been on meds and it still has not done anything. I was wondering who has taken vitex and how they managed it? Were there any side affects initially while on it or after it? How much was your dosage? Anyone with hypothyroidism conceive? How did you do it?? Newly married and first time trying for a baby with my husband. Thanks so much for any information. :)

Acne means.. Really bad one.. All over my forehead, jawline... Very painful..one!

What happened was, I will not know when my period comes , so I checked the review of vitex thought , this might help me get ovulate & help me get pregnant! So, I started vitex 400mg twice daily from jan 18th! I just loved it , I started to have good night sleep, my skin looked clearer, did not had mood swings.. As I got my next period on 7th feb, I could see the difference no cramps.. Which surprised me.. Leg ache during periods was not there.. No breast tenderness & I thought I LOVED VITEX! I did tracked my ovulation I did ovulated did baby dance timely... & I could see acne on my jawline which was really weird for me.. Now I am 6 days late...I am
Not having my period.. Did my HPT on the day of AF saw faint positive.. & i was like "SERIOUSLY DID VITEX REALLY WORKED IN jUST FEW MONTHS" next day hpt negative, I checked yesterday it was negative , now I am really.. Frustrated I stopped using vitex because I read the review & find that acne was the reaction of vitex.. ! Therefore , what I think is vitex is not for everyone... People have got pregnant & people like me have got reaction too.. Since this is a herb .. The reaction will stop once you stop using it!! You can try it.. Because there is tons of positive reviews... This might help you as well ! All the best!
