I think a lot of it is stretching and moving... I don't know what we can really do about it but suffer through it... lol isn't pregnancy beautiful... I do have one other suggestion though... Have you started sleeping on your left side yet? The reason for this is because it take the extra weight off of major blood vessels.
I've been having lower back pain and hip pain when I sleep.
I did take a nice walk this afternoon and it felt good. But I sit back down and it hurts again!!
Hey I am going through the exact same thing and have been since I found out that I was pregnant.... I think it is caused by the stretching of your uterus and just plain being uncomfortable... (I know we shouldn't be complaining because we are only in the first tri) but stretching does take a lot out of you... I know that we can't take HOT baths but warm baths are ok. I wish I could get out and walk but it seems impossible because of where we live =( I know it definitely helped with my boys so I hope it helps for you too =)
