25 wks with low abdomen pressure

Hello Ladies,
I am 25 wks prego and have strong pulling down feeling in my lower abdomen. Also if can be descibed ''urge for bowel movement''. Sorry, for details. So, the feeling comes and goes. I don't have any pain but whatever it is feels like strong pre-period low back/abdomen sensation. What should I do...go to ER, go to bed, or ...PLEASE share you experience and thoughts, I will apreciate them all. Thank you. Lilia

Sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions to me.

I am 30 weeks pregnant. This is also my second child. All day yesterday and again today I am having alot of lower abdominal pressure upon standing and also sitting, just not as bad; and I have been having braxton hix contractions all day yesterday every 5, 10, to 15 minutes, and upon standing i seem to get a braxton hix immediately. I have been taking it easy today, and drinking a lot of water. I have had a few braxton hix but still a ton of lower abdominal pressure. My belly has also dropped an emense amount in the last couple of days. I don't know if the baby is just sitting really low or if i should go to see my doctor before my next appointment. Thank you so much!

They are not a problem. Just go to bed! You'll be just fine.
