37+4 pressure and tighting when need to pee

So I'm 37+4 and I feel lots of pressure and tighting when I have to pee, but it goes away when I pee.. does that mean I'm somehow dialating? Or is it just pressure because of my.tight bladder

I am 37 weeks also and I just called my dr about this the other day. She says that when you have a full bladder it irritats your cervix and that's why we get that feeling. Nothing to worry about its totally normal :)

Its just the pressure from the babies weight. Completely normal..does not mean your water will break.
