39 week checkup tomorrow-trouble breathing

hey ladies... i have my 39 week check up tomorrow! im excited but im nervous as well! ive been having some issues lately, not sure if they are pregnancy related or not. ive noticed that ive been wheezing when i breathe. it happens when im laying down, in any position. i just noticed it within the last couple of days. it happens when i lay on my left or right side...and i caught myself laying on my back last night... and it felt like someone was sitting on my chest. it was really weird. also if i walk for a while or up a flight of stairs im breathing so hard by the end that i feel like im hyperventalating. im going to ask my doctor about it when i see him tomorrow... i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem... should i be worried?

good luck tomorrow! I had some trouble breathing toward the end and I think it was just because he was running out of room.

Nope it is completely normal during the end of pregnancy. I remember I would wake up in the middle of the night from laying on my back and I would be gasping for breath. I was like I couldn't even walk down a flight of stairs without being winded.
