3months late and negative pregnancy test

as reading all of your comments of concern, i am in the same boat. however here is my situation.
In april i had a weird peirod, and i took a ept and it came out negative. almost 3 months late still negative ept, but i had about 1 1/2 of diarhea, now my diarhea had stoped but i have a little discomfort in my left side of my pelvic. sometimes it feels like i am obvulating but no period. over 2 years ago, i had a erupt cyst ( well my dr suspected it) because i had my period at the time and the pevic exam says it was clear (that was in 2008) i keep reading and i found out that i could have epitopical pragncy. i told my mother what was going on and she thinks something is wrong. she too had a hard time trying to concive. my stomach is 75% upset. tell me what i should do or what i may have. i do plan on going to the urgent care in the morning. i am 21 years old and i do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend who i have been with for 3 and 1/2 years.

I would get to the doctor for sure having to worry if you are going to be okay and wondering if there is a baby is it okay is a horrible feeling. M y husband and I went through being late than possible mc fallowed by 3 months no bleeding. It took forever to get a doc to see me with limited insurance and at that point they told me being too stressed can make you ill ( upset stomach, cramps, fatigue etc.) as well as stop your periods all together. After the doctors I returned to normal because the only thing I was stressing on was if I was having a baby or not knowing if I was real ill. My husband and I are happily pregnant know 6 months later with no further complications.

I assume you mean Ectopic pregnancy? By now if that was the case you should be able to show a clear positive on any test because you would be almost 3 months. You would also likely have stabbing pains centered on one side of your body where the egg has implanted. I've personally never read that ectopic pregnancy cause an upset stomach and loose bowels, but I'm also not a doctor. I would say it sounds more like an infection someplace. When you go to the doctor they'll be able to test and see what might be wrong.
