7 1/2 weeks pregnant and spotting

Okay so on jan 4th i had a miscarriage with my 1st pregnancy, i fell pregnant again in march. I only got one period and then i was pregnant again. The doctor didnt tell me it wasnt safe so i tried again and got pregnant right away. I want to the doctor and they told me i was a lil over 6 weeks and i went 10 days ago to my ob/gyn. Last night at like 11 p.m i started spotting when i went to the bathroom but only when i went pee, that lasted for about a half hour or so but only when i wiped. When i would pee little dots of blood would come out, but nothing like a clot, the size of liek a tip of a pen. That only happened that one time when i went to the bathroom and then i went to bed and it stopped over night i guess. I didnt even have to wear at pad over night. In the morning i woke up and i was bleeding and havent been all day  So im wondering if maybe my body is getting ready for a miscarriage or its something else..... what do everyone else think?

I'd go get it checked out ASAP...could be nothing BUT wouldn't it feel wonderful to be told that you and your baby are fine =)

That makes me feel alot better. last time i miscarried i spotted for 4 days and then the bleeding got heavier and then teh pain came and then i miscarried. This time its alot lighter and only bleed for about a half hour, it been on and off. Im thinking if it continues that ill go to the emergency room and see if everything is okay, i might have a blood clot.

Yeah I had a REALLY bad one. Most people don't even see blood externally or if they do its just a little.

thats what im thinking it might be because i had an ultrasound at 5 weeks when i went to the emergency room cuz i fell down the stairs and they did they ultrasound and said everything seemed to be okay, they said that they thought they saw a blood clot next to the sac but they werent for sure. They didnt really tell me much at the hospital form that ultrasound, so i guess im goin to have to wait and see what happened. im not bleeding anymore but that might start up again. For you it was gushing blood? mines just a little bit of spotting when i go pee and thats it.

you should go in and have the doctor run your hcg levels though to make sure they are going up.

Anytime you bleed during pregnancy they give it a 50-50 chance of continuing. When I miscarried I got pregnant 6 weeks later and started bleeding again... not spotting but gushing bright red blood worse than a period. My doctor gave me an early scan and said that I had something called a subchorionic hematoma which is bleeding behind the sac. Healed on its own and now I have a beautiful 4 month old daughter. Don't loose hope because you are bleeding it could turn out okay.

yeah lats time i started bleed 4 days before my miscarriage, but it was like a light period and i bleed til the day i miscarried. This time it was just for like 30 mins and stopped. i called my ob/gyn today and he told me since it stopped that i should be okay and to call him if it gets worse.

did you bleed during your last MC?

many women do bleed during early pregnancy.  you should call your doctor and see if maybe you should go in for 2 hcg levels like 3 days apart.  if your levels are rising then things should be okay.
