A little upset!

I have been trying for a baby for just over a month and a half and know i shouldn't expect miracles, but i have now just found out my ex's girlfriend is pregnant and what makes it worse is that she fell when i had just came off the depo.  i know i shouldn't fret about this but i feel fed up with how everyone i know has fallen within days of coming off the pill but months after depo.  My baby has been planned for months whereas friends i know have all been unexpected.  Why can't i just have some luck for a change, i'm getting so frustrated and don't know what to do.

Any comments or help would be much appreciated

Well I havn't been on the birth control but I can understand some of what you are feeling.  My husbands brother and his wife had a baby last year and when we got pregnant we were so excited..they wanted to get pregnant with us and we wern't really wanting to be pregnant with them..we just wanted it to be a special time for us...well we miscarried at 11 weeks and they went ahead and got pregnant (on purpose) anyway and a few days after we had the d&c they called everyone in the family and told them they were expecting.  It has been very difficult to swallow.  Also 3 other friends of ours have gotten pregnant right after our miscarriage.  I have had to find myself in constant prayer to not be ugly or have a bad attitude.  All I can tell you is pray for peace and it will happen when God is ready. I went off the pill in July of 05 and got pregnant in November of 05...it was the worst 3 1/2 months ever! It's so frustrating...I can't imagine going through it for years. My husband and I wanted to start a business and decided to wait on the baby thing...and sure enough I got pregnant like 5 days later. The pressure was off and it happened! I don't know what to tell you...keep trying, it will happen :)

I don't know what to tell you other than I'm with you.  I've been trying - with two miscarriges for a year.  A friend gets pregnant and is at 9 weeks on her second cycle trying...  no fair!

Hey put your faith in the Lord. When the time is right, he WILL provide.  I know it's frustrating watching everyone around you getting pregnant. My hubby and I have been trying awhile now too & still waiting on a miracle.  You should be happy for the people around you!  Just pray about it & don't give up hope!  G'luck to you  I will pray it happens soon for you!
