Acne! What can I do?

My face is very broke out, ive never had a problem with acne but right now my face looks horriable. make up just makes it worse so im wondering what I can use. Any help would be great.

I studied skin care and my recommendation is to use all oil free products from face wash, to body soap, to makeup. Try using mineral makeup and use oil free makeup remover every night

Hey I hv the sme prob throughout my preg an stl hv it at 37wks, I hv it in my face btwn my boobs on my bck my neck an bhnd my ears, I luk at pics of myslf I jus say soon itl b over, there's nt much u cn do, I stop wearin mke up cos it mkes it worse, hopefully urs wnt b like mine lol,try washn ur face wth epsom salts, hope it wrks nthn wrkd for me :)

Nothing will totally make it go away, but I broke out pretty bad n found out that washing my face when I wake up in the mornings and before I go 2 sleep at night helps.  After I wash my face I'll put on triple action astringent made by Biore and put on lotion that's okay 2 use on ur face.  Between the washings tho use oil blotting sheets...they work wonders!!  Without oil on ur face it's harder 4 dirt 2 stick 2 it (: I'd only wash ur face twice a day tho because anymore could dry out ur skin resulting in more acne
