Am I going to have a big baby?

Hiya,I had a 4D scan at 28 weeks and the lady told me my little boy was weighing in at 2pound 14 and he had a very generous size belly! Does that mean he will be fat? And also is that weight over what it should be...I don't really understand as I've been eating healthy and I'm only petite! The charts she gave me after the scan showed the size of his tummy is almost off the scale of normal and his length is pretty much bang on...I'm just a bit worried...Thank yoi

New born babies when born (40 weeks) are never the same size they can range between 5 lb and 10 lb healthily. (Some even bigger or smaller) I'm 28 weeks and was told by baby is only a few ounces smaller than yours now, I've been told that baby is healthy and fine. There's no reason to compare baby weights and sizes to other pregnant mum's now cause this is when babys start to grow and fill out at their own pace. My mum has had 6 children been really slim, petit and eaten healthy and the smallest was 6 lb and the biggest 9 lb 10, there is no right or wrong, try not to worry.
