same thing happen to me with all my pregnancies now my son is 4 and my daughter is 14 months and i am currently 29 weeks pregnant again. I wish doctors wouldn't do ultra sounds so early they know it's too early to actually see anything and then all you do is worry.

your a little too early to see a heartbeat. it's normal, wait til your 7-8weeks and if they still dont SEE (not hear) a heart beat, then you may wanna worry just a bit.

Yeah, it's too soon to see a heartbeat!

I never heard a heart beat till I was 7w5d and the doc says that it's very rare you can actually hear the heart beat even THAT early.

It's still really early to say anything, so I'd just relax because stress CAN cause miscarriages.

Cramping is completlely normal during early pregnancy and not seeing a heartbeat at 5w5d is normal as well. I had an ultrasound at 5w6d and there was only a yoke sac but they couldn't detect a heartbeat and told me I was going to miscarry. I got a repeat ultrasound at 6w1d and there was a healthy baby with a heartbeat. She is now 3 1/2 months old and doing fine.

You're not supposed to detect a heartbeat so early.  My Dr says its after 7 weeks, so relax...Crampings are ok as long as there's no blood.  Take care!

Don't worry too much yet, could be either. You still have a good chance of everything being ok... Cramping often happens in pregnancies that go on to produce healthy babies. Just try to relax until the results of the blood test come in.
