Well your miscarriage wasn't a period so it can't be used as a basis for your next period. It wouldn't be accurate to predict your next period unless you know when you ovulate (you'll have a period about 2 weeks after ovulation). Women who give birth or miscarry have to give their bodies time to regulate. It can take weeks and even months to regulate.
Really? I had no idea, I thought I would get my period 4 weeks after my m/c. Thank you for clarifying that for me! Now, I am even more anxious! lol wow! I felt pain like ovulation 11 days after my m/c. But now I am doubting it was ovulation. I will let you know in two weeks ;)
unfortunately, joyrenee is right. I have had miscariages. My doctor said it is best to wait 2-3 cycles after before you try to conceive again, or the chance for another mc is high.
