I'm in your shoes I'm at a desk for 8 hours so I just take the stairs to my floor and drink tons of water eat small frequent meals like salad yogurt oranges sandwiches noodles what ever sounds good I eat because it's rare for me to find something good. I've completely lost my appetite. Ive actually lost 4 pounds at 16 weeks.
The only healthy thing I crave is oranges! lol and my job is a sit down job so I get NO exercise.
I try to eat healthy and make sure I don't take in too many calories, but I slip up sometimes and eat a lil bit of junk food every now and then lol.. I haven't gone on my daily walk or stretched in about 2 weeks so I feel so bluhh haha.. I drink at least 5 or 6 16oz waters everyday tho. I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow and I've only gained 9lbs so far, thank god! Lol I'm so shocked that I haven't gained more than that!!
I'm 34+3 and I've gained 5.4 pounds. I only drink juice and water and I get exercise all day long 6 days a week. I don't eat out. Its easy for me cuz I crave healthy stuff like carrots, celery & peaches - I can't live without! =)
I'm 25 wks & I've gained about 16lbs. I hardly get time to exercise. I'm trying to eat as healthy as possibly but when the cravings start I can't help it lol
