BC and body adjusting?

hey ladies.. how are you?? lucas and i are doing pretty good.. he is now 11 1/2 weeks old and is absolutely precious! he's so sweet, we couldn't be happier.. jason and i also got married this past Sunday, so thats new news as well.. but my question is regarding my birth control.. when i went for my postpartum check up i went ahead and asked for the pill.. he put me on LoEstrin24 Fe, I"m currently still in the first pack.  My question is last week while i was still in my active pills I had what seemed to be a period for 3 days and now Im in the inactive pills and nothing.  I have 1 left of the inactive pills, should i be concerned?  I havent been feeling well but i wasn't sure if that was just still my body recoperating from the pregnancy and everything.  Lucas is sleeping through the night going to be at around 830 or 9 and staying asleep till 6 or 7 am so its not from lack of sleep, i've just been exhausted and have had headaches as to mention i've been pretty nauseated the past few days, do you think this is just my body adjusting or whats going on??  thanks again, how are all of you and the babies doing?

I'm thinking its probably just my body adjusting to the new pills, i think i'm going to stick with this brand for at least 3 months to see if i fully adjust to it and if things ever normalize with it.  I think i would be more concerned if i didnt' have what seemed like a period last week.  Lucas is a very good baby, I"m very lucky. and no I don't think thats too bad with the twins! thats how lucas started out in the beginning he's go to be around 9 and get up at 3 and then started sleeping through the night.

I think that's normal I'm finishing my first pack to and I had what appeared to be a normal period on week three and then yesterday (now on the inactive pills) I started again what seems to be a normal period...I think it's out bodies just adjusting and we all adjust differently ....my twins will be 11 weeks Saturday....wow you are lucky Lucas sleeps all night...my twins are only waking up once so I'm lucky they sleep from about 9:30 til 4AM so that's not to bad I guess....but I would maybe see about a different pill if you are having headaches and nausea.....I was on Erin last month but this month I'm switching to Yaz I will start my new pack Sunday.

Oh congrats on the new hubby break him in good.

Did you check the FAQ sheet on LoEstrin? Sometimes BC have crazy side effects and if this is your first BC postpardum, I would attribute the symptoms to that?

I hope you feel better soon and let us know!?
