Back pains and stomach

I'm nor sure if I'm pregnant yet but if I am I'm 4 weeks. I'm very bloated and I have the worst backaches ever ! I can't even stand or sit sometimes. Same with my stomach. It either hits in the middle lightly or on the sides at different times on and off but the pain is intense. Has this happened to anyone else ?? Is it normal??

My period cramps r extreme. Sometimes where I can't even get our the bed for a whole day. I'm not cramping that bad though. It's just my stomach and back

Dibilitating cramps would not be normal.... Period like cramping would be....

It's low but on both sides, back, and middle. Is it normal to have really bad back pains and cramps this early in a normal pregnancy? (4weeks)

No I don't think so cause thepain would be on the side that the eptopic is on.... And it would be low not all around

If it was an ectopic pregnancy would it really be hurting everywhere and one side then switch??

Well your first step is to get a test.... When I was first pregnant I got menstural like cramps

And I can be walking or sitting and it just comes on and off

I just looked it up. No it's on both sides really all around.

Where the pregnancy does not make it to the uterus and gets stuck in one of the Fallopian tubes it couldbe dangerous.... Is your stomach pain just on one side?

Uhm sorry I dont know what ectopic means

You should take a test and if you are preggo see your dr cause your intense pain could mean eptopic
