From what I've read/researched, black tea is fine. Green tea is the only tea I've heard to avoid, though I'm not sure why... I love iced tea and drink it a lot - just don't drink mass quantities, as there is a small trace of caffeine in it!

Yes! I drink it quite often, I love it.. The only reason it would be "bad" is the caffiene content, but it's way below the allowed amount, and MUCH less than something like pop. But it is good for you and rich in antioxidants. :)
