Bleeding from my C-Section stitches eound after 6months

I had my c-section 6months ago. After a week one ofmy stitches did bleed little. After 30 days it spotted for second time. Then i was back to normal until now. But now its bleeding for the third time in 6months. Its the same stitch its swollen now. I have appointment with my gyneac tomorrow.
Does this ever happened to any of u ladies? Worried. Hope everything is fine. I had my c-section 6.5 months ago. I m first time mom. Plz advice. Thanks in Advance.

Mine i consulted with dr shecsaid its an infection. Did my dressing and asked me to do the same twice at home with antobiotics. It settled after 1week butnow again after few days it restarted to pain anf lil swelling. Its just at the right side of my cut  as a small pimple. :(

I've never had bleeding and time to time I do feel cramping that's very tolerable. I am 4 months 1 week post.
