that might explain my problem...im 16 weeks 5 days too :)
Yes, it could be braxton hicks. I got them really early with this pregnancy; it's my 2nd and I am now 27 weeks along. With my first pregnancy, I couldn't tell you how soon I got them because I didn't know what they were until much later on and I had one in the doctors office. She told me that's what it was...LOL But, as long as they don't hurt or become more frequent, as mamaof4410 said, you should be fine. :-)
yes it can be ,,, you,ll get use,d to it ,, i used to call my baby a nick name in the womb ,, also if you pick some relaxing music and play it from time to time , your baby will reconise it when, thier born ,, and will be great for relaxing them ,, talking to your baby also from an early stage , creates a great bond ,, choose what type of birth you,d like ,, and and antinatal class ,, hypnobirthig has a great one id recommend ,, even for its education,,, congratulations
Braxton Hicks are normal. its your bodies way of preparing for labor. If they get bothersome try laying down, switching positions or taking a warm bath. Unless they become really painful and get closer together with time call your doctor and let him know. but you should be fine.
