Brown clots when i wipe

Hello! im in my 10 week of pregnancy, I have a daughter who is 5 year old, she was a premature baby and today she is very healthy, I had a miscarriage in july this year (2010) at 11 week.
Yesterday morining, after having intercourse with my husband the night before i saw a litlle bit of blood in the toilet paper, I went to the doctor and he said the chances of keeping the baby are 20 %, he took a blood and urine test, he said the urine test was fine and that for now there is no drama (his own words) I asked for an ultrasound and he told me they dont make them so early in pregnancy ( i live in a little town and in order to get one i need to drive 70 kms) , He told me to come back in 5 days to take new urine and blood test. Since then i been having little blood , kind of brown, the first clot was dark red, and then i have seen (still only when i clean  after urinate) a few brown very small clots. Today i still see blood when i clean and im extremely worried, and i want to know what can i do until monday (when i go to doc again) i put myself to rest and i do as less activities as i can because i read this is recomended by most doctor, but the one I saw didnt give any guidelines, i also increase the amount of water i drink, i usually drink lost but the last few days i noticed i was having less.
Please, please give me some advice , Im far away from home, far from my own country, I have no one but my husband to talk to about this and no doctor that i can rely on.
Thanks!!!!

Some women do bleed when they are pregnant and I will be praying that all will be okay.  Are your levels remaining high or are they dropping?  The best thing I can tell you is drink lots of water (800cc or 32 oz every 4-5 hours example:  32oz from 8am-1200pm, 32oz from 1200-4pm, 32oz from 4pm-9pm and then have water each time you get up to use bathroom in night-your urine should be a pretty and light yellow) and rest when you feel crampy on your left side for good blood flow.  Water (crystal light fine too-no pop/caffinated tea-dehydrates you) does wonders for pregnant women.  Simple right?  Not having enough water can cause UTI's and contractions.  You may need "pelvic rest" until this resolves.  Meaning no sex and horsing around.  This includes nipple stimulation (releases hormones and can cause contractions).  Just rest for now.  If this does not work out for you, you may need OBGYN to do some additional tests to find out why this is happening.  I wish you the best!

I'm sorry to hear you're going thru this.  I think what you are doing is all you can do, trying to rest, drink lots of water, no heavy lifting, etc.  Best wishes.
