Brown spotting from Plan B

My period ended on Sunday February 5.  I had sex on Sunday February 12 and the condom broke.  6 hours later I took the Plan B pill.  I have taken the pill before and usually have had spotting or my period within a few days to a week of taking it.  This time however that did not happen.  Two weeks after taking the pill so February 26 I had some brown spotting.  The next day I had the same thing and it was a little heavier this time.  I am not suppossed to be due for my period for the next few days.  Is it possible the Plan B caused the spotting two weeks later and this is normal?  Or is this cause for concern?  Please help it would be greatly appreciated.

all i know about planB is that its a morning after pill and once conception happens it wont work. but like the other ladies said take a HPT if your period is late.

The spotting could be a delayed side effect of the Plan B or it could be pregnancy spotting. I would wait for your period and if it's late by even a day, take a test.

I also took Plan B after having sex where the condom broke.  It didn't work for me either,  I'm now 15 weeks.  It's worked for me in the past and I've never spotted or had my period come on after taking it.  You could try taking a test now, like First Response or any of the ones that can detect the pregnancy hormone up to 5 days before your period is due.  If it's negative I'd wait a week and test again just to be sure.  Good luck.
