I havent found anything that works either. :/ I only get a few hours of sleep a night. And I get sooo ill when I finally fall asleep and I wake up hungry or have to pee two hours later. Lol and most of the time I pass out during the day and get woke up by everybody in the house. So a good nights sleep is totally not an option. Lol
Im 31+ and having extreme difficulty sleeping also....i found that keeping my room really cool helps me alot!!!!
Same here! I sleep no joke with 5 pillows and a roll my blanket, adjust it and hug tht as well and put between my legs! My due date is next week other than holding my bby I'm excited to be able to sleep on my belly again
