Confused?

Sorry if its a story instead of simple question.
Me and my BF have been together 17 months and for 11mths been using the pull out method. AF last 5-7 days for 2 years since my last miscarriage. In Dec it was shorter than normal and January AF was 5 days late I had no symptoms of AF coming, usually I get cramps a few days before. On the 6th late day I began to spot only when I wiped, then the 7th day the spotting turned to dark red blood that was moderate but light (only used 2 pads) compared to my normal AF which is always heavy the first few days(a pad every 3-4hrs) then the 8th n 9th day I had light spotting(1pad) then only spot when wiped so I had a 4 days of unusual bleeding (dont know if AF or Implantation bleeding) the whole while no AF symptoms or any symptoms.  I tested after the bleeding and got a BFN 2x in a week. Now I'm 7 days from AF being due and sore nipples, nausea, bloated in pelvic area(for over 2 wks) and more prego like symptoms. Was moping at work today and stomach tighten so bad had to quit.  I am prone to chemical miscarriage due to -A blood and immune disease so its imperative I find out early. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated

Just go to local obgyn clinic.  They won't even have you see doctor,  just give blood n urine n leave.  They will call you with results

Maybe go get a blood test to fund out if you are pregnant? I had really sore nipples and thats when I had a feeling I was pregnant.
