IT seems to be very common among women lately who around 28-32+ weeks to be experiencing pelvic and lower abdominal pain. It started for me around week 29. I am 31 weeks now and this pain still has not gone away. I have such a hard time standing, walking, and even rolling from one side to the other. My midwife said that my body is preparing for what's ahead and the pelvis is beginning to seperate or expand and the added pressure from the baby's head doesn't help either. I haven't been experiencing BH, just constant pain down there and my lower tummy. I hear it's pretty common. But if you are experiencing BH make sure to time them like adawning4 said. If it's not, then hang in there...it won't be too much longer!!

With my 1st I took a warm bath and layed on my side in the water (as much as I could) try to relax as much as possible. Get a clock or watch before you get in... RELAX and stay as long as you can. Time the contractions/pains. If they dont go away and are about 5 minutes apart then get your stuff and get to the ER......
