Pregnancy Symptoms can also be similar to symptoms when you are about start Menstrual cycle or when you are about to ovulate. what other said about blood test is absolutely right. however sore boobs, bloating, vomiting etc are also sign of coming menstrual cycle. i use to feel that i am pregnant i even use to have swollen tummy. but after few days i use to get my AF. so wait you will get them soon. or if not speak to your doctor regarding this delay. Anxiety and Stress also are big factor of delaying menstrual cycle :)

No. Blood tests are rarely wrong. If you were pregnant, and what you were feeling were pregnancy symptoms then that would mean that the hCG hormone would be high enough to cause those symptoms and would also be high enough to be detected in a urine/blood test.

Just because you're feeling certain symptoms doesn't mean you're pregnant. Many other things can cause 'pregnancy symptoms'. So since you'be tested negative then you're not pregnant and something else is causing you to feel this way.

Well hard to say because a blood test picks up the pregnancy hormonE hcg same as a blood test. However a blood test is more of a forsure deal it picks up the pregnancy hormone hcg,and progesterone. If theses aren't detected no your not. There are plenty of other reason to miss a period maybe you should still see a a gyn just in case it's something else... And if your trying to get pregnant baby dust ;)
