The doc told me that every movement you feel is counted as one kick. If you feel 5 really fast kicks then it is counted as five and not one. Being at work, especially in a place that isn't pregnant friendly, it's very easy to miss movements.
Go home put your feet up, drink some cold water or eat some fresh fruit and just relax. I go home get two bottles of cold water and sit in what used to be a big bathtub (not so much anymore with a pregnant belly). I don't take bubble bathes, just hot water. My little girl loves it when I'm in the bathtub just relaxing. . . . she starts moving like crazy. I think she knows that I'm relaxed, and she can feel the difference in the womb. Perhaps I'm not so tight, or tense.
Thank you, I appreciate your prayers.

I don't know much about babies and pregnancy as I am ttc for the first time, so all I can offer is a prayer.
Thanks for your reply. I unfortunately don't have the opportunity to lie down as I'm still working full time and they don't have much sympathy for the pregnant woman. I am probably over reacting but given how active he was every day and the sudden decrease I can't hepy worrying. Take care.

You count EVERY kick, hiccup, or movement. I'm 34 weeks too and my little guy has his slow days. He can go 3 or 4 days being very active. Then he can go 1 or 2 days with half the movement. My midwife said that its normal and babies go through growth spurts. She told me to count and I counted 10-14 per hour. Its easier to tell if you go lay down in a quiet room and lay down flat on your back. Thats what I was told to do. God bless hun, Anita
