Well my only other thinking is- how much water are you drinking? If you are becoming dehydrated than the cramps are definitely most likely from that! I get crampy if I haven't had enough water.
Coralis~ It COULD be the food, If the cramps are not regular... then you should be ok. Try drinking a large glass of water and laying down. IF the cramps are regular and you have more than 5 in an hour get in to be seen.
A few days ago I had what felt like really strong Menstrual or gas cramps. I'm almost 16w. And they started out strong and painful.. They went from 10 min to every 2 min within the first 20 minutes of them starting. I realized they were contractions and that it was because I hadn't had enough water so I drank 2 bottles of gatorade and they went away completely about 15min later.
Just as everyone always says and told me~ If they get regular and you have more than 5 in an hour you need to get in to be seen. This is my 2nd baby and with my son, I had Braxton Hicks Ctx that were uncomfortable but not painful when I was dehydrated..
Thank you. I feel much better now and also by knowing its normal. Funny my third pregnancy and just feel new at this at time. Like they all said, every pregnancy is differently.
Thanks again!!!
I've honestly never heard of cheese causing cramps.
Pregnancy cramps are common.
