I had to get hormone levels checked a year ago. The paper they gave me had my result and then the "norm" on the right-hand side. So let's see what I have here. These are what I had tested and their range of normal:

Testosterone (Free, Direct)-  0.0 - 2.2
Testosterone (Serum)- 14 - 76

Luteinizing Hormone (LH)- 0.0 - 76.3
TSH- 0.350 - 5.500

Prolactin (NON-pregnant) - 2.8 - 29.2

FSH (Serum)-  Follicular- 2.5 - 10.2
                      Midcycle- 3.4 - 33.4
                      Luteal- 1.5 - 9.1

There is a calculation for the LH and FSH to make sure it is in within the norm. I don't know what the ratio is.

If you type in Hormone tests, you should come up with some great places to look.  I have one bookmarked, but do not know the address right off the top of my head.  It gives really good informaton.  Due to some surgeries, I have to do hormone tests, so feel free to PM me and maybe I can help you figure out what it all means.
