Does Evening Primrose Oil Help Concieve

i have seen alot that evening primrose oil can help you concieve,
and i was just wondering has any one else had or heard this.

I have not heard that. I do know that it can put you intolabor at the end of your pregnancy. WHere did you hear it can help you concieve? You are not supposed to use it at all during pregnancy till 37 weeks! It can casue miscarriage. I would be leary of herbs to take for concieving unless you read it in a book! There are lots of herbs that can help but that is NOT one of them!

I've never heard it helps either.  I think I could be carefully with trying herbs that are not approved by the FDA when trying to get pregnant.  When we were trying to conceive, I looked at fertility vitamins and a lot of them looked like they just preyed off people's hopes.  If you look at the ingrediants, a lot of them were similar to a prenatal vitamin but cost twice as much.  I have heard that zinc helps with male fertility.

actually the FDA does not recomend any herbs as they would have to test them on pregnant woman and the law states that no studies can be done on pregnant woman or children. In a way that is bad. There are harbs like B6 to help your luteal phase get longer if your phase is too short. The herbs are really depending on what your problem is. Accupunture is real good for trying to concieve and most chiropractors can tell you which vitamins to take to help. But lots of the regular over the counter vitamins do not help and regular prenatals do the trick to getting more of what you need.

Taking your basal body temperature, Look at fertility friend.com, doing OPK's and using and instead cup to keep the sperm up close and warm by your cervix, and using robitussin with NO LETTERS behind it, just the regular does help!  It is all about timing.

  Everning primrose oil,dont help concieve,what it does is help.produce more cervial mucas.preventing you from being dry down there,and helping produce more ewcm which is the ideal enviroment tfor sperm o help concieve.
Natural herbs are perfectly fine to take when trying to concieve,a fertility expert,or herbalist will give you accurate info on this,we have been trying for many years,and we concieved using fertilitea. recommend to anyone.good luck.
