Go for the california roll, it is all cooked.  Some people are still concerned though because they are prepared on the same work place as raw fish.  But I think even the raw fish is some what okay, I did a bunch of research and you could possible get a tape worm from it because of having a low immune system, but in the US the tape worms are very rare with sushi grade fish.  There is always the mercury thing too, but they allow us pregos to have fish once a week.  Anywho, just go for a california roll if you are really craving it...or once of those cucumber veggie rolls

oh my gosh, i asked the exact question last month cuz i'm a big raw fish kinda gal.

no raw fish because of the mercury.  california rolls is just cooked faked crab meat, so i think you're good.

i ate the rolls (not the raw stuff) in all 3 of my pregnancies.  i don't think its bad as long as you don't eat it like everyday b/c of the mercury content (i think).  but your fine eating a sushi roll every now and then!
