I have used the ball since week 31 I'm 35 almost 36 weeks I am 80 percent effaced no dilation yet but I sit on the ball everyday whenever I am on the computer or watching tv I barely am ever on the couch I bounce n roll n rock lol and walk like 3 miles a day not at a fast pace but still and I think it's helping dr said baby is very low were just waiting for dilation :) he's almost 7 lbs already sheesh it's surprising cuz I've barely started to gain weight just this week n only 4 lbs!!!!!!! But get the ball it works I also drink raspberry tea leaf and take the pills seems to be helping since I am effaced almost fully now to just start dilating would be wonderful lol
I am 22 weeks pregnant and i had asked my doc about this because i have been having hip problems and a ball was suggested to help with my hip....it has worked wonders
You can bounce on it or roll side to side or back and forth. Even just sitting helps cause it opens your hips

Yes!!! With my first starting at 30 wks I would sit and rock on my ball all the time. I was 2cm by 34 wks and 4 cm by 38 wks and went into labor at 39+5. I had such a great labor with my son :) I will do the same with this pregnancy...instead of sitting on the couch I will be planting my bum on the exercise ball!!

You can use it towards the end of your pregnancy. Once baby is head down it helps engage babies head and creates pressure which in turn helps you dilate. Walking has the same effect.

Yes it does I just ordered one but I have really bad back pains and I used my cousins and it worked wonders
