It's very normal to be scared. Awe you're my sons age. I got pregnant with him when I was16 in 1995. II'm now 35 and cant believe im pregnant again I always said I wasn't gonna have any more.  10 months before getting pregnant I got married yo my husband we've been together for 11 years we

In Hawaii when I got married my mother in law asked if we plamned to jabe children and I and husband said no
I was having alot of pain cuz I had yhe IUD and a cyst and they were pushing against each other so when I got back I jad the doctor remove the IUD. I ordered another one but my insurance ran out and I didn't get any other birth control I always heard its very difficult to get pregnant after having the IUD so I never thought I would get pregnant boy was I wrong. When I found out I was so shocked. Soo scared! I didnt wanna move or even poop lol

Anyway you may or may not have morning sickness and its just called morning sickness it can last all day
Its normal to throw up yellow stuff.
its normal to have discharge
As long as it doesn't burn or itch I had yellow discharge and my doctor said it was normal but then it turned greenish and she gave me yeast infection medicine with pregnancy you have extra hormones and yeast infections are common in pregnancy
your body is gonna go through alot of changes sore boobs, some girls nipples get bigger and darker, later you might get SPD which is pain in vaginal area, hips and lower back if you have it a support belt will help.
you may get constipated.
Emotional you will get very mad for no reason or very sad and cry for everything.
Your teeth or gums might get sensitive and bleed.
later you might get swelling in feet which is normal
if you get swelling in feet, hands and face and have a bad headache that is very bad go to er.
you might have allergies or nasal issues.  Your smelling will become very sensitive and you will be able to smell everything

For sour tummy take tums
for nausea take ginger ale, crackers
you may need to wear a panty liner every day
if you have sleep problems you can take benadryl
for allergies you can take claritin
sore throat you can take spray, cepacol cough drops or gargle with salt water
thats all I can think of for now but im sure you will be on here asking questions and reading because its what I do
Im on here every day and I learn alot from the other girls.
even though I've gone through this before its been 18 years so it all feels new and I have things with this pregnancy I didn't have with my first.
