HELP!!!! PGP/SPD

Have any of you had to deal with Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP) formally known as Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD)? If you have, what has brought you relief? I have been diagnosed with it but my dr just tells me to take Tylenol, use a maternity belt. Both of which I am doing! He told me I can have this up to the time I give birth and possibly afterwards...I am only 27 weeks...

I'm 29+5, have had this since 24 weeks. My CNM said to take tylenol, sleep with a pillow between my legs and use a belt, she said there isn't anything they can do for it, unfortunately :( sometimes I can't even walk bc of how bad it is, but you're getting closer!! :))

I had it with one of my son's, it was awful and the only thing that helped me was sitting on my ex husbands legs in the shower. Weird I know. It went away after I gave birth

I am only 22 weeks and been suffering for weeks already. This is my second pregnancy with this. Ti be honest from my experience  nothing makes it better. And it has permanently damaged my right lower back. Hopefully it won't be as bad for you. I am never, ever going to have another baby after this one, i cannot handle the pain.
