I wish us all good luck! SPD/PGP is no fun!
I'm 29+5, have had this since 24 weeks. My CNM said to take tylenol, sleep with a pillow between my legs and use a belt, she said there isn't anything they can do for it, unfortunately :( sometimes I can't even walk bc of how bad it is, but you're getting closer!! :))
I had it with one of my son's, it was awful and the only thing that helped me was sitting on my ex husbands legs in the shower. Weird I know. It went away after I gave birth
Thank you for responding louloulally! I am so sorry that you have been dealing with with for so long! I had symptoms during my first trimester but it let up some for part of my second trimester and now it is back with a vengeance! I am with you when it comes to being my last! I wish you the best of luck with your pregnancy! I hope one day someone will discover something that will help ladies like you and I. :)
I am only 22 weeks and been suffering for weeks already. This is my second pregnancy with this. Ti be honest from my experience nothing makes it better. And it has permanently damaged my right lower back. Hopefully it won't be as bad for you. I am never, ever going to have another baby after this one, i cannot handle the pain.
