HELP PLEASE!

I'm 29weeks, 3rd trimester & have been having cramps for hours. It started around 9-10am while trying to nap & it woke me out of my sleep. It's not as bad now but it's still uncomfortable & consistent. Trying not to think of anything negative. Is this normal?

Thanks, I hate calling him so I'll wait until my appointment this Friday to bring it up. My ob brushes everything off & I hate that I got stuck with him. I definitely didn't want to because when my boyfriend & I were reading reviews for ob's, this 1 had a malpractice for neglect I believe. ....

They definitely should not be painful if they are braxton hicks contractions nor should they be consistent. I would call my doctor and double check with them.

Thanks ladies! After Googling it I thought it may be normal, but really didn't think it was Braxton Hicks because they said it shouldn't be painful.
