Headaches

I'm in the VERY early stages of pregnancy (still yet to be confirmed). HCG levels are just over 700. I've been having terrible headaches. Does anyone else experience this or could these just be from the stress of worrying about it?

Thanks people. I'm currently obsessing about what is "normal" or not :-)

I am 13 weeks and have a killer headache right this very second. Some women experience headaches in their first trimester. It is normal. Cold compress may help. If you feel the headache getting worse, lie down. I personally take Excedrin, which has acetaminophen and a bit of caffeine and it does the trick. Doctor says it is safe.
Good luck!

It could be both. You can take regular strength Tylenol if you need it, also try to relax.

Headaches can be a side effect of pregnancy.  It is due to the rapid rise in hormones that you are having right now.  Talk with you doctor to see what he would recommend for the headache because you are limited to what you can take.  Good luck.
