Heating pack etc

Just curious .. because of cramping I've wanted to use my microwavable heating pack but I'm not sure if applying heat is okay for a short period of time. What do you think?

I read somewhere that electric heating pads arn't good . ... but this one isn't electric.

if you have to use it, its ok.. just not for long... how many dpo are you ?

I'm testing tomorrow ... so I want to make sure I don't do anything at this point that would hurt anything.

ARe you pregnant ? If so, it is ok to use a heating pad of any sort but for no more than 15 minutes every hour... You don't want to use it too much......
