I looked at your post. First off, I am so confused as to why you even attempted to stop taking the pills and taking two a day two days apart. If you wanted to skip your period the easiest way would be to keep taking active pills instead of sugar pills, either way it's not good to take pills other than as directed. I'm not sure if the morning after pill will affect the birth control, and I don't understand why you think a coke will  dilute the morning after pill. If you just finished your period you should have started taking the active pill the day after. Using a condom on top of birth control is smart. Any semen that got inside you would have been carrying sperm, and there is a possibility you are pregnant. The morning after pill is not 100% effective, and neither is birth control, I can't give you a percentage of how possible it is but you should continue taking your pill and if your next period does not show test, you may have messed up your system taking the birth control incorrectly and the morning after pill. You may have irregular bleeding because of the morning after pill. If you still don't get your period after the next period and you get negative tests you may want to see the doctor to make sure you are not pregnant. Having your period while you are away is not that bad, it's not worth you risking possible pregnancy if you don't want a baby.

She's taken the extra precaution in using condoms but it broke...so I think this is why she is freaking out.

U can definately get pregnant on the pill ...its not 100% ..the pill is also ineffective when taking certain meds such as antibiotics ...
For extra protection, use a condom as well...ur chances will be almost a 0%...
Don't rely on the pill alone..
