Help....No CM!!!

I finished my last Clomid pills (100mg) on Friday, March 19...and here lately I have noticed that I have not had any CM for the past few days...what should I do? I am taking 600mg of guaifenesin in an attempt to loosen any mucus I have...I'm really hoping and praying that we conceive this round...I am supposed to be ovulating between today and the 29th...Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated

My next step will be to see a specialist if I don't get pregnant soon. I haven't tried the PreSeed though. Does it help?

You can have a period without having ovulated. A sure sign of ovulation is having your progesterone tested. If it is elevated it means you did ovulate. I would ask for a referral to a fertility specialist. It doesn't sound like your doctor is doing all that s/he can in order to help you achieve pregnancy. Sending a woman home with Clomid and telling her to have sex just isn't responsible enough for her and you're paying them a lot. :-( Hope you do get pregnant regardless of no CM!

Have you tried Pre-Seed?

Thanks for the reply. My OB doesn't call me in for any sonograms. He only gave me the clomid. I've taken two rounds at 50 mg and I know I ovulated because I had two 28 day cycles in which I had a period on my own (sort of kinda). This is my second round of 100mg and I don't think that I O'd with the last round due to missing a dose(no AF, so had to take provera). I am soooo afraid that I won't this month as well, but I am praying for success.

Well it isn't the CM that gets one pregnant. It is usually a sign of ovulation. When you are on Clomid you should be monitored closely and receiving sonograms. It could be that you are not ovulating or haven't ovulated yet. Clomid is known to make you ovulate late.
