Helpz help advice needed.

I am 41+2 will be induced on thursday. I really didnt wanna try caster oil bt nothin else worked...sex..sex..sex..its been fun for hubby bt no results yet. Being this big doesnt make me wanna hav a shag..i also walked, bounced on the yoga ball..eat spicy food...want up an down the stairs dont know how many times. I get no pain havent lost my mucus plug..noo sign of labour yet..soo I never wanted to use caster oil bt soo many post an comments of women sayin right after they had it they want into labour. An I am despret now. Advice plz

It kinda make me feel better to know that some of you have gone through induction I was in the painful. I am soo really dont wanna get epidural becoz my friend has really bad back an I cant imagine having to live with that. Caster oil is too much of a risk dont think I can take it. Dalingee aww same boat mate dont feel sad your baby will be here soon. Btw hav you got an induction day yet??

I guess we're on the same boat! 41 week 2 days, still no sign of labor!! N the worse is that today is my birthday n I really want my daughter to come out, but like I said no sign of labor n am feeling really sad about it.... Just want to have the same birthday with my first :(

I came home from my last dr visit and she told me to drink casyor oil I drank it  2 days before my due date took a nap woke up having contractions. Wasn't dehydrated and I didnt have diarrhea,  good luck (:

I was induced with my first. No epidural and no cesarean.

I was induced with my son and honestly it was not that bad. I was in labor from pitocin for 4 hours and pushed him out in 21 minutes! Try eating some pineapple ive been living off of it!!! Good luck!

Omg!! 41+2...i must appriciate, m 39+5 today jst hv 2 days till my due...nd still no signs of labour makng me crazy, i dnt want to b induced... :-(

its no different the contractions just kome faster supposably but the truth i felt no difference i also aked my doctor about it and he just said it might be longer but that i shouldnt worry THE EPI IS YOUR BESTFRIEND HE SAID..... LOL and the truth i got.mines a 7-8 cm so.it was kinda late but the annest came in and gave me a high dose an that helped but no dofference

Nah... Ive been told the pain of induced labor isnt any different than au natural.

Thirdtimemum your soo right thursday is around the coner. Its just that I am soo ready to hav my baby girl. Bt I would never risk her health. All the time you hear pple that are induced who ended going in for a csection. An the pain is 100times worse apprently wheb ur induced is that true march2013?? the other thing is my baby hasnt engagdd an I am not dialatdd at all :(... Wishing for a five hr labour..

no my first was 5 hrs and second 2 hrs this one was 4 and only the last one was induced...

Castor oil is the real controversial issue, some women swear by it, others say it was useless and just made their birth worse. But i do feel your pain and where you're coming from, i can't imagine still waiting at 41 weeks, and if i do get that far i know i'd be seriously considering it too. But, you do have an induction date, thursday, its only 4 days away! Focus on that, the end is in sight, and who knows, you might get lucky and go into labor on your own before that!! Good luck girl!

i wouldnt try it usually after takin castor oil your tummy gets loose and you can end up dehydrated in labor which will make labor harder ncus ull be weak.. i was induced tuesday n had my bby 4 hrs later the pain is the same as normal labor so i would just wait but its ur choice momma ... good luck
