Horrible nausea...

I am 7 weeks pregnant about 3 or 4 weeks I have been experiencing nausea I have a lot of food cravings but as soon as what I crave is in front of me I get nausea and just cannot eat it. It seems that this nausea keeps getting worse because now I cant even think about food without gettin nausea, not even the things I would love eating the most. This is not my first pregnancy but I have never felt this way. So im wondering what can I do to feel better about nausa??? Is there anything I can try???

Wow just reading this is making me have nausea lol :) I had really bad nausea with my first pregnancy, it was more like all day sickness, then I had very bad just in the morning sickness with my daughter. I'm not 6 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and feeling nausea from time to time but I think its from the headaches I'm getting. To be honest not much you can do, try to never let you tummy get totally empty, peppiment always worked for me. The doctors can give you anti-nausea meds also, feel free to add me
